Terms and Conditions of Use
These terms govern your Clean Apps account and web subscription provided by PIKsolution OÜ, Nisu tn 25-25, 10317 Tallinn, Estonia (Reg. no. 14682150).
1. The service
Clean Apps is a subscription service. It includes our iPhone apps (currently Cleanivo AI: reviewing photos, videos and contacts, working with QR codes and keeping selected files in a private space) and a web account with QR and password tools.
2. Account
You need an account with a verified email address. You must be at least 18 years old. The same account is used on the website and in the iPhone app. Accounts that do not start a subscription are deleted automatically 7 days after sign-up. You can delete your account at any time in Settings once no subscription is active.
3. Subscription and price
Premium: You pay $0 today for your first 3 days, then $10.99 every 7 days. It renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account or write to support@clean-apps.com. The amount and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm payment.
4. Two ways to subscribe
You can subscribe on our website (billed by us through our payment provider) or in the iPhone app through Apple. A web subscription is managed in your account; an Apple subscription is managed in your Apple ID settings. Please do not hold both at the same time.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel any time before the next renewal in your account (Subscription → Cancel subscription) or by writing to support@clean-apps.com. Access continues until the end of the paid period. See the Unsubscribe and Refund Policy.
6. Using the app
You decide which items to delete. Back up important data before cleaning. See the Data & Device Disclaimer.
