Privacy Policy

PIKsolution OÜ is the controller of personal data processed for your Clean Apps account and web subscription.

Photos and files

Your photos, videos and contacts are analyzed on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to our servers. This website does not access your photos or camera, except when you choose to scan a QR code in the browser — the camera image is processed in your browser and is not sent to us.

What we process

• Account data: email address, password hash, language.
• Subscription data: plan, status, payment history. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and never reach our servers.
• Support messages you send us.
• Technical data needed to run the site (IP address, browser), and analytics only with your consent.

Processors

Payment provider (Stripe), email delivery provider, hosting provider. For optional web tools: Have I Been Pwned (password range check — only a partial hash is sent).

Retention

Account and subscription data are kept while your account exists and as long as required by accounting law afterwards. Accounts that never start a subscription are deleted 7 days after sign-up. When an account is deleted — automatically or at your request — we keep a record of the email address and the sign-up and deletion dates for 12 months to prevent repeated use of free trials, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing. Write to support@clean-apps.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
